This interactive masterclass is designed for teachers, school leaders, and wellbeing coordinators, providing strategies to strengthen staff wellbeing across their school. Participants explore the practical framework - the Wellbeing Quadrant for promoting wellbeing and preventing wellbeing including actionable strategies for each of these quadrants. Justin also discusses key psychosocial risks and protective factors, using data to inform decisions and plans and a 10 step action plan to help create a healthier, more connected school culture.
