Australian National Guidelines for Trauma-Aware Education

Trauma-aware education can enhance the education experience of learners living with the outcomes of complex trauma. These guidelines support a systemic approach to trauma-aware education in Australia. These Guidelines have been developed at a critical time for education in Australia, as all educators and school leaders respond to a rapidly growing awareness about the impact of complex trauma on education and life outcomes for children and young people.
