Opening Pandora's Box: Understanding the Complex Lives of Young People

Presented by Leonie Abbott, Head of Student Wellbeing, Wesley College & PESA Chair

Working in schools provides educators a unique insight into the many influences impacting young people today. In this session, Leonie opens Pandora’s box to consider the many complexities our young people are navigating. We explore a systems informed view and together, examine how educators can shape learning environments that enable wellbeing. These ideas are brought to life through practical wellbeing practices designed to build resilience, enhance motivation, and support persistence in the face of challenges.
