Building the Resilience of Students Using The Resilience Doughnut
Presented by Dr Lyn Worsley, Senior Supervising Clinical Psychologist & Director of The Resilience Centre.
Working in schools gives educators the opportunity to help students in a range of ways. In this wonderfukl session, Dr Lyn Worsley introduces us to her scientifically validated model of resilience, 'The Resilience Doughnut' and how you can use the framework to build resilience in students, efficiently and effectively.
Dr Lyn also walks through the Youth Resilience Doughnut: Score your resilience worksheet. A resource to assist secondary and tertiary students, as well as educators of younger students on identifying areas to improve resilience.
